Day 1: Sacred Beginnings & Major Shrines

Morning

  • 5:30 AMSubah-e-Banaras experience at Assi Ghat (yoga, live music, sunrise)
  • 7:00 AM: Morning boat ride covering key ghats: Assi → Dashashwamedh
  • 8:30 AM: Breakfast at local eatery near Godowlia
  • 9:30 AM: Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple
  • 11:00 AM: Visit Annapurna Devi Temple & walk through Vishwanath Galli

Afternoon

  • 12:30 PM: Visit Bharat Mata Mandir
  • 2:00 PM: Darshan at Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple
  • 3:30 PM: Explore Durga Mandir & Tulsi Manas Mandir

Evening

  • 10:00 AM: Breakfast at a local satvik café

Afternoon

  • 12:00 PM: Explore Tulsi Ghat & Akhada
  • 1:00 PM: Visit Lolark Kund – sacred fertility pond with old legends
  • 3:00 PM: Attend discourse or bhajan at nearby math/ashram

Evening

  • 5:00 PM: Sunset walk from Jain Ghat to Assi Ghat
  • 6:30 PM: Attend evening aarti at a lesser-known ghat (Kedar or Shivala)
  • 8:00 PM: Light dinner and reflection

 Day 3: Sarnath & Ritual Closure

Morning

  • 6:30 AM: Drive to Sarnath
  • 7:30 AM: Visit Dhamek StupaChaukhandi Stupa, and Mulagandha Kuti Vihar
  • 10:30 AM: Sarnath Museum visit
  • 11:30 AM: Meditative walk in the Deer Park

Afternoon

  • 1:00 PM: Return to Varanasi, lunch en route
  • 3:00 PM: Rest or visit nearby temple near homestay
  • 4:30 PM: Final darshan or dip at Assi or Raj Ghat

Evening

  • 6:00 PM: Final Ganga Aarti at your favorite ghat
